We're excited to announce that 17 year old Duncan Scott from Scotland has joined the Funky Trunks F-Team.

A freestyle specialist, Duncan has just been named on the Scottish Commonwealth Games Team. Last year saw him win 4 medals for Team GB at the European Youth Olympic Festival and six gold medals at the ASA Youth Championships.

As well as Age Group records in GB for the 50, 100 and 200m free, he has National Scottish records and championships in 7 events!

Last year he was Scottish Swimming Junior Swimmer of the Year and he was invited onto the UK Sport Podium Potential programme, as well as being a member of the Scottish National Youth squad and support provided by the Institute of Sport, Scotland.

He has continued his success in 2014 with his nomination to Team Scotland for the Commonwealth Games.

This is a fantastic and well deserved accolade for a bright star of the future, and we are very excited to be a part of this journey.

The end of June will see Duncan compete at the British Gas International in Manchester, before heading to the Netherlands in July for the European Juniors, followed of course by the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow later that month.
